  • What's the studio like?
    Come flow with me! My home studio is an intimate safe space for women to feel supported and strong. Each class contains an arc of warm up, sun salutations, deeper stretches and relaxing cool down.
  • What should I bring to class?
    Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle. Please wear comfortable clothes that are good to move around in. I have props like blankets, blocks, and bolsters if you need them. On Sunday nights - please bring a journal or calendar if you would like to mindfully plan your week in the moments right after class.
  • How do I sign up for your class?
    It is best if you sign up in advance through the online booking system. The booking system closes about 30 minutes before class. If you are having trouble signing up please email me at claybrookyoga@gmail.com
  • Should I come to class if I have an injury or if I am sick?
    You know your body better than anyone else. If you are sick or dealing with an injury please be kind to yourself and let yourself recover at home. If you are dealing with something very minor and do choose to come to class - please make sure you don't push yourself too hard and be aware of your limitations.
  • Do you teach to multiple levels?
    My "Candlelight Women's Flow" class is an all-levels class in the evening. There are some vigorous postures as well as a lot of opportunities to cool down and get the nervous system ready for bedtime. The Daytime Women's Flow contains Sun A's and B's which get the heart rate up in order to ready the body for some deeper stretches. This is a slightly more vigorous class than the evening "Candlelight Flow" but can also be adapted to a beginner. Gentle Yoga is very gentle. We may start standing, sitting, or laying down. This class is gentle on the wrists. It is for women who can get up and down off the ground with relative ease,

    I offer: 1st class free- valid ONLY for your 1st class and available for up to 1 month from sign up Single class - This class can be paid for online, through credit card or paypal, or in person through cash, Zelle, Venmo, or check. 5 Class pack - This is pack saves you $2 a class ($10 total) and is valid for 6 months.
